Shipping Method: DPD, OMNIVA, LP EXPRESS

We currently ship to the following regions with the following delivery times:

Lithuania, Latvia: 1-5 Working Days
Rest of Europe: 3-7 Working Days

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the order confirmation. (Excluding weekdays and holidays).

Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking information through the carrier's website.

Do Deuce Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, returning is simple.

Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to return

Submit a request — Go to your account page or use the link in your order confirmation email. Select the items you'd like to return and choose a reason.
Receive confirmation — Once approved, we'll provide the return address.
Ship it back — Pack the items securely, choose any courier, and ship within 7 days. Send us the tracking number at info@dodeuce.com.
Get your refund — Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@dodeuce.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send you a free return label and ship a replacement immediately. If the item is out of stock, we'll find a suitable solution together.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned.
